I thought steam link was the app on Android iOS etc. ![]() How do you start the container with steam link? I know nothing about this. I haven't really updated my container in a long time, since i got most of it working as a want it be possible to have steam link as a first choice instead of the steam client that was in the container? cmdow Calibre Server /MOV 300 300 cmdow Watchdog - c:softwarebatch. Would also love to have the "scaling mode" set to "Local Scaling" as default instead of "none" on Linux, and / or I have not found any alternatives yet. However the delay is mostly because of my upload, 1Gb up should work fine as I've tested in my local environment.īut in order to have this working smothly (as it does on the steam link app on ios) I belive a diffrent solution other then noVNC + nvidia gpu, is needed which I am currently using. So something is not correct in my rp config.Ĭonsole says "websocket connection to 'wss://:32123/' failedĪnd I have high delay, guess 250Mbit/s just dosen't cut it for game streaming. The thing is I have audio working in local ip + port. So I modified the container a bit, it now auto starts with steam link instead,Īnd is all you need to do is press " Start Playing "īut sadly I still have issues with the sound not getting through, Please refer me to one (headless Ubuntu/Debian) if it is known. You access this container outside your local network? I have a piece of software on steam that I'd like to reverse proxy to use at work during down time. ![]() I do see forum threads complaining of the same problem in the Ubuntu/linux OS, though haven't come across one where the OP reports it to start working. I've also tried setting a custom shell script where the environment variable is defined there, detailed in the below forum thread. I have a raspberry pi 3B+ lying around and wanted to turn it into a local server, always turned on. The problem is that my laptop must be turned on and at home. An official calibre github entry posted a while ago detailed that the portable version locks the files for exclusive app access. Using the portable version proved to be a bit too complicated for me to use at this point. Code: CALIBRE_OVERRIDE_DATABASE_PATH=/home/a_real_person/calibre-library/db/metadata.db /opt/calibre/calibre-server /home/a_real_person/calibre-data/test_writeIf I move metadata.db to the library directory (test_write) the server runs successfully.
